Extra papers for the same author should be paid
separately.
Papers should be six pages in length, with up to
two extra pages.

Liability
and Insurance: Conference fees
do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that
participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Conference
Secretariat and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any
