For physical participation, the following is additionally included:

• Coffee breaks and Lunches
• Banquet
• Social Program

Registration for non author virtual attendees only includes the participation certificate in digital form.

Virtual participation is accessible for all registered persons using a teleconference system.
Physical participation is optional and in the limit can be replaced by virtual participation only if pandemic sanitarian requirements are imposed.  

The information regarding physical participation and associated matters is subject to update and revision depending on the evolution of the pandemic sanitarian rules. Due to the COVID19 pandemic situation, the physical participation had to be canceled and only the virtual will take place.

Liability and Insurance: Conference fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Conference Secretariat and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to people or property during the meeting.
